5 Months Later...
Wow, I can't believe it's been 5 months since I updated my blog! Arg!!!! How time flies! I must be having a good time!?!? :)

Now, the exciting news is major enhancements to the enrolling program announced last night on the corporate conference call/webinar!
Without going into a lot of the details just know that almost all the restrictions have been removed so that we can really accelerate our growth in adding customers, members and affiliates.

Great Expectations for 2010
Hi Everyone - I just posted this note on a CEO's blog:
Hi – Happy New Year to you and yours and the leadership team and all the great people at the corporate office. Thank-you for all you’ve done to create the BEST income opportunity in the Health & Wellness industry.
Cheryl and I share your excitement for our growth potential for 2010. With the new product line and the enrolling program we are poised to go into extraordinary, exponential growth!
We have had lots of great products and programs in the past but nothing compares to the power of the product and this new program. The leveraging power we now have our hands on will make it much easier for us to reach our goals.
We now have an easy to explain, easy to understand, affordable program with a built-in process of duplication. Once everyone believes in it and applies it as designed we will see explosive growth.
We are absolutely convinced that we will have a break out year. We’ll soon take our mission to a very needy world.
We can’t wait to see all the leaders and executive team soon at our next event. From what I’ve heard the training will be outstanding. It’s going to be great!

Team Conference Call
The “Wirth-It” Team Conference Call, (Directors only), Saturday January 16th 2010
Hi Everyone - I didn’t think to record the call this morning, but I did keep pretty good notes of the key points, so here they are:
1) The call started with a pop quiz: If you enroll 4 new Affiliates, how many co-op advertizing bundles of 3 contacts will you qualify for in the new Get-2-It program?
Most everyone answered 2, which would normally be the correct answer. BUT, the correct answer now is 3!!!
This is because our company is now allowing us to count the Affiliates that come to us in the bundle as qualifiers in addition to those we went out and got ourselves. As you know there will at least one Affiliate in each bundle so with 2 bundles we would then qualify for one more bundle!! This new allowance will cause greater and faster leverage and team building. So, in essence both the enroller and the placement Affiliate will get credit for the qualifier. Wow, this is great news!
2) With the introduction of the new qualifier in # 1 above, returns of the money we spend on the co-op advertizing could happen within 60 to 90 days, and …
3) This is key a point: Through the Get-2-It program after we get our first 4 affiliates we could, in theory at least, build almost entirely through the co-op advertizing program, thus relying a lot less on the “word-of mouth”, warm market approach!! Now, I personally don’t recommend this approach especially for those of us who want to build a very big database/business. But, for those who only want a small income and don’t want to go too heavily into their warm market I guess this is a fairly strong “drawing card”.
4) It is now strongly recommended that we all retain the enroller status so that all hard working, committed leaders will get reimbursed and compensated for the cash outlays we make in purchasing the Contact Bundles and will therefore be able to re-apply these funds back into the Get-2-It program for even more bundles! And, this approach will be adopted and duplicated by up-and-coming leaders!!
5) On the product promotion side we now have learned that it is best for the consumer and the affiliate to promote a 4-pack to all potential users rather that just a single bottle. Here’s why and how to position it to guide the users thinking:
a) “Your pain and inflammation didn’t just happen over night, it took a long time for the condition to develop and it may take 2- 3 or 4 bottles on the loading dose to really get to all the cells and get the cleansing and betalain boost you’ll need to get the relief and noticeable improvement in how you feel”.
b)“And, it is better and more cost effective to buy the 4-pack and you may have an extra bottle on hand if you want to share it with someone you care about, without having to disrupt your own loading dose betalain boost over the 2 – 3 week period which is more effective”.
6) On the income potential side, we know that it will take only 180 people, (affiliates and members/customers using a 4 pack a month), to reach Director Status which works out to $3000 plus per month! This is much more efficient than the old MAP program.
Getting to Director will be easier and faster that ever before because of the greater leverage and team work!
And, as Directors we can earn up to 60% and (to 70% as Presidential Directors) in the 90-Day, Share-and- Earn comp plan.
And, remember with the Get-2-It plan we can quickly accelerate our growth because we can get 3 for every 2 that we get, so 2 + (Get-2-It) = 5. Or a better way to see this is in the old binary expansion versus the expansion of 3’s shown in the diagram below:
Tier 1----------->2----------->3
Tier 2----------->4----------->9
Tier 3----------->8---------->27
Tier 4---------->16---------->81
Tier 5---------->32--------->243
Tier 6---------->64--------->729

So, just by doing 1/3 more at the beginning and duplicating that efficiently all the way down to tier 7, it is 13 times more powerful and productive because of leveraged income potential! Wow!!

GET READY FOR 2010
Hi Everyone - 2009 has been a year that devastated many people financially.
Everywhere you turn, someone is blaming the economy for their dying business and their empty wallets.
People are getting fired, losing their businesses, losing their homes and being afraid of what's yet to come, especially in the USA...
However, 2009 has been one of the best years in our business. Sales are coming in stronger than ever before thanks to our new products and marketing tools.
Credit, of course, is due to a strong foundation of thousands of customers built by our entire team, and a very stable, ethical and debt free company. We have been greatly blessed!
And, with persistence and determination, you too can duplicate what we’ve done, and even more, as you build and strengthen your team.
I want to help you overcome the doom and gloom that’s out there, and whatever fear or other barriers that may be holding you back from the success you really want.
I foresee 2010 to be our best year ever. With all the new tools and team building strategies that our company has put in place, especially the new MAP, "Get-2-It" program, there’s no telling how big our businesses can grow!
We have already planned a few new strategies which we will be launching next year that will bring even more customers and affiliates to our team, and therefore more income.
In the meantime I ask you to prepare yourself and your thinking before I actually share my specific goals, plans and strategies with you:
Please take these steps as soon as possible:
1) Make sure you and all your key affiliates below you are Qualified in the New Share & Earn Comp Plan. This is easier than ever before. There’s no more starter kit required and it’s free to sign up – just make sure your Affiliates have an Auto-Ship order of at least 1 bottle of our new product, that’s it! (Did you know the price in Canada has been reduced by $10?)
2) Now make sure you and all your key affiliates below you are TV Qualified. That is: to qualify for the new Customers, Pending Affiliates, and Affiliates who come in from the new infomercial you must enroll 2 Affiliates under you who are also on autoship. This too is fairly easy, as you can now enroll your spouse, so just enroll one other adult family member or friend and you’re good to go. NOTE: You will then qualify to get up to 3 MAP contacts placed under you when you’re TV qualified. You'll also be qualified to acquire the MAP customers and affiliates, all of whom will be on autoship order each month!!
3) Our Best Strategy going forward is to build only 2 or 3 legs DEEP, by placing new enrollees under the 2 or 3 people you’ve enrolled on your first tier! The new MAP program is designed exactly this way, (we cannot place MAP contacts on our first tier anymore), because we want to help as many people as possible earn enough money to at least pay for their own product that they consume each month – thus keeping each of them happy and “locked-in”. Then month after month we’ll duplicate this over and over again down to the 7th tier, thus generating a very large residual income.
4) Get familiar with all the great new business building tools: a) make sure you stock up on and read the Secret Killer brochure – this is a very effective tool to hand out or mail to prospects. b) The video emails are also very effective to get a person’s interest and inform prospects - so you can be “just the messenger”.
5) How will you find prospects long term – especially after you’ve gone through your warm circle of influence? Well, there are at least 4 main ways to tap into the greater target market: a) learn ways to “farm” and plant “seeds” into your present database. b) learn how to quickly find out if a person is qualified to have a 2 – 3 ounce taste or a full bottle sample - once a person samples the product you have a open pathway, c) leverage the internet – (if you ask me I’ll show you how I do it), … and d) tap into the new Co-op (MAP) program being rolled out early in the new year!
6) Make it a habit to read our CEO's blog on a weekly basis as it will keep you posted on what he's excited about - and check in on this blog periodically as it's a good way to communicate and preserve content. Also, make sure to listen to all the corporate and team conference calls and trainings. If I can, I'll try to record important conference calls and post them here for those who could not get on the original calls.

Product Hotline - Success Stories
Hi Everyone - This will be a short post encouraging you to listen to the eight minute Product hotline recording on the top right column.
